Receptionist

Salary: $13/hr. - $15/hr.
About The Role
Wisenbaker is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to visitors and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet office visitors and manage access beyond the reception area.
- Monitor visitor passes and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support HR functions and assist with office management tasks.
- Handle correspondence and conduct data entry.
- Create supply lists and interact professionally with employees.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- High school diploma/GED minimum.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
