Job Summary

To manage the company’s Global Product Catalog content to support customer product offerings. This role will also organize, enhance, or package together imagery for the company’s ERP system (Echelon) and website (VEO Design Studio). As well as assisting in taking photos of products and of model homes around the city.

Travel Required as needed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect, manage, convert, and photograph and enhance images to support the Global Product Catalog.
  • Manage adds, drops and periodic updates in internal image database.
  • Create and adjust product packages using customer documents to create a presentable image for builder customers.
  • Collect, manage, and enhance installation and model home photos in the web platform.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and the customer.
  • Perform ongoing QA to ensure accuracy and quality of customers’ catalog content.
  • Bounce between different types of tasks and changing priorities.
  • Occasionally, travel to design centers and model homes to take and edit photos of different products.
  • Be able to execute all responsibilities in a timely fashion to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Advanced level of Photoshop image manipulation and enhancement.
  • Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator experience preferred.
  • Enjoys large amount of detailed, computer-based work.
  • Must work efficiently and effectively both independently and as a team to participate in deadline-based projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Any knowledge of inventory/construction materials/building industry a plus.
  • Confident, professional, and positive demeanor to establish and maintain great relationships with product manufacturers as well as internal team members.
  • General Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
