Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Field Operations team as a Warranty Specialist. A Warrant Specialist is the liaison between our Field Operations Staff and the sub-contractors that will be performing warranty work. Communication expertise and attention to detail is key in this position.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all subcontractors, Area Managers, Expediting team, Labor Development team and Inside Operations Warranty team
• Check with subcontractors each morning to confirm they have all necessary documents, materials and equipment to complete their occupied services
• Assist in clarification and direction of any occupied service work order questions
• Contact each subcontractor assigned to each occupied service to confirm service completion
• Meet with homeowners and builders in the field to resolve elevated warranty issues
• Attend on-site product trainings
• Participate in weekly field operations meetings
• Participate in weekly labor meetings
• Participating in monthly financial meetings

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good Time Management and ability to prioritize task
• Ability to make quick decisions and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
