About the Job

The Inventory Associate Cycle Counter supports receiving, inventory management, and stock replenishment, while ensuring inventory upkeep. Daily task are based around assisting the Cabinet Cycle Count Specialist in counting and moving cabinet inventory.

Qualifications

• Skills & Experience:
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Clean driving record
  • Reporting Skills
  • Warehouse/Inventory Control/Cycle Counting experience strongly preferred
  • Documentation/Data Entry Skills
  • Moderate Computer Skills, experience with a scan gun preferred
  • Equipment Maintenance
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Detail Oriented and a Self Starter
  • Time Management

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive inventory while coordinating with those onsite.
• Unload deliveries, verify packing slips.
• Label items and put up.
• Maintain inventory by insuring moves are completed and materials are in the correct locations physically and in the system.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensuring scheduled cycle counts are conducted, reconciling variances, inputting data (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Help with Made to Stock Goods inventory and report/process variances; monthly.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Maintains cage with sales of items to the various departments.
• Moving and rearranging cabinets on cubes / pallets
• Assist in counting cabinet inventory
• Work with the necessary persons in the warehouse to ensure counts are completed each day
• Assist in reconciling all cabinet locations with the system to ensure inventory accuracy
