Facility Maintenance Worker

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a keen eye for detail?

We're seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Worker to maintain our facility in top condition. You'll be responsible for general cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring our building and grounds are always presentable.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Conduct minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Maintain facility grounds and exterior appearance
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
